Most engagements begin with a free 20 minute diagnostic, usually booked within a day or two of reaching out. Small IT jobs (tune ups, setups, data transfers) are often same day drop off. Web and software projects start with a short scoping conversation, then move into build once we've agreed on scope and price.
AFTER HOURS SUPPORT
We respond within 2 hours during business hours. If something comes in after hours or on a weekend, you'll hear back the next business day. Ongoing MSP clients on the Secure or Complete tiers get priority response ahead of the queue.
WILL YOU WORK WITH WHAT WE ALREADY HAVE
Yes. We do not require you to rip out existing tools to work with us. Whether you are on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, an older on prem server, or a mix of consumer and business software, we assess what you have first and build around it rather than forcing a rebuild you didn't ask for.

Yes, no catch. The 20 minute diagnostic is there so we understand your problem before we ever talk price. There is no obligation to book anything afterward.
HOW DOES PRICING WORK
IT services use published flat rates for common jobs (tune ups, setups, transfers, builds) and tiered monthly plans for ongoing coverage. Web development and AI integration are scoped and quoted after the diagnostic, based on what you actually need, not a generic package.
DO YOU SERVE BUSINESSES OUTSIDE SARNIA
Our home base is Sarnia and Lambton County, where we do on site visits. Remote IT support, web development, and AI integration are available anywhere.
